A website isn't a project that finishes. Dependencies go out of date, certificates expire, contact forms quietly stop delivering, and the plugin running your booking page stops being maintained. Most small businesses find out about all of this from a customer, which is the worst possible way to find out.

We keep that from happening: dependency and CMS updates, security patching, backups we actually test restoring, uptime and form monitoring with alerts that reach a human, SSL and DNS, and performance checks so the site doesn't get quietly slower every year.

It also covers the small stuff — a new page, updated hours, a seasonal banner, a price change, a staff photo. The changes that are too small to justify a project and too fiddly to want to do yourself.

We'll be straight with you about how much of this you need. If your site is fine where it is and wants an hour a quarter, we'd rather tell you that than sell you a plan you don't need.
